About Us
Blackhorse Residents Association
The Blackhorse Residents Association was formed in October 1983, with Bernard Weatherill as President and Charles Wootton Chairman.
It was started to form a collective voice to prevent inappropriate use of the land now known as Teevan Close, and it was successful.
Charles Wootton took on the Presidency on the death of Bernard Weatherill and continued until his death. We held a celebration party to mark 25 years in 2008.
It has continued to work as a voice in the interests of members and local residents and focuses on local issues.
